Your Questions, Our AnswersÂ
(FAQ is so 90s)
How will Biz DIY help me stay on track with my business goals?
Most of us understand the importance of helping our clients stay accountable. Who do you have to help you stay accountable to your business goals? We create Launch & Biz DIY cohorts, providing you with a group of 3-5 other coaches who are working on similar goals to you at the same time!Â
Â
Cohorts: Launch (the first four months of Biz DIY) is always available as a self-paced option. But if you start with a cohort, youâll go through the process with another group of people working on the same topics as you at the same time as you.
Mastermind groups: To help you brainstorm ideas, support each other, and stay focused on whatâs actually important, we lead Mastermind groups made up of coaches working through the same challenges and opportunities in building their business.
Monthly agendas: Youâll receive monthly agendas for your Mastermind group to help you focus on building your minimally viable business and to drive conversations in the most productive way. Weâve all been in that Mastermind group that turns into a fun chat sesh after a few meetings, right?!

How do I choose the right niche? (And what do I do after Iâve chosen?)
The riches are in the niches â but how do you choose the right niche? And once youâve chosen one, then what? This was something Garrett struggled with for a long time. He said, âHonestly, it made so much sense once I personally went through Launch for my own business. I learned choosing an ideal client is not just about describing them. And I learned what to research and how to use that information to build my business around them.â Below are the resources Biz DIY members have to help them get clients.Â
Â
Strategic Niches (Itâs all about the strategic)
Launch: Three weeks of focus (8 hours of content) on how to choose a strategic niche, what you need to know about them, and how to find the research youâll need to build and market a coaching program based on their unique needs.
Setting a Compelling Price: Pricing is always a stressful activity. Youâll use your niche research to develop a price that is fair to you and compelling for them to make a purchase.
Niche-Focused Marketing: One of the most powerful things about having and properly researching a niche is youâll know exactly what to say in your marketing to deeply connect with them.
Unique Coaching Program: Part of Launch is about sketching out the basics of your unique coaching program. After the first four months of Launch, Biz DIY is devoted to developing that program while you are working with paying clients. Youâll learn to take your research on your niche and turn it into a unique program only you can provide.
