Terms and Conditions for Individual Use Only

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the FCN State of Financial Coaching/Counseling Report ("Report") provided to you. By accessing or using the Report, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must refrain from using the Report.

1. Grant of License
   The Report is provided to you for individual use only. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the Report solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not distribute, share, or reproduce the Report in any form, in full or in part, without express written consent from Financial Coaches Network.
   
2. Restrictions on Use
   You agree not to:
• Share, distribute, or make the Report available to any third party.
• Use the Report for commercial purposes or derive commercial benefit from it, other than for use in how you manage, operate, or plan for your personal financial coaching or financial counseling efforts.
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Report.
• Reproduce or alter the Report in any way, including but not limited to publication or posting online or sharing with other coaches/counselors or other third parties.
• Sell, lease, or sublicense the Report to any third party.
3. Confidentiality
   The Report is intended solely for your personal use. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of the Report and not disclose it to any unauthorized individual or entity.
   
   
4. Ownership
   The Report is and will remain the intellectual property of Financial Coaches Network. All rights, titles, and interests in the Report, including any intellectual property rights, are reserved by Financial Coaches Network.
   
   
5. No Warranty
   The Report is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Financial Coaches Network does not guarantee that the Report will meet your requirements or that its contents are free from errors.
   
   
6. Liability
   The provider is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the Report, including but not limited to incidental, consequential, or indirect damages. In the event a court or other legal body finds liability, you agree that the damages are limited to the amount you paid for the Report.
   
   
7. Termination
   The provider may, at its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to the Report if you violate any of these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Report and delete any copies in your possession.
   
   
8. Modifications
   The provider reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time with notification to the email address used when purchasing the Report. Any modifications will be effective as soon as they are posted. It is your responsibility to review these Terms to stay informed of any changes.
   
   
9. Purchasing for Business Use
   If you wish to purchase the Report for use by a business or an organization with multiple persons, please contact us at [email protected]. We offer special licensing arrangements for businesses and organizations. Unauthorized business use of the Report is prohibited under these Terms.
   
   
10. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in San Bernardino County, California.
