State of Financial Coaching/Counseling Survey Results, Videos & Reports

For Individual Use Only

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the FCN State of Financial Coaching/Counseling Results ("Results") provided to you. Results include written reports, videos, descriptions, screenshots, visual diagrams, documents, audio, or other content containing results from the study. By accessing or using the Results, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must refrain from using the Results.

1. Limited Time Use
   The Results are available for a limited time. If purchased, access is available for one (1) year (365 days). Purchased access provides 365 days (12 months) of availability. Individuals who participate in the annual survey receive immediate access, lasting until the opening date of the next survey cycle. 
2. Grant of License
   The Results are provided to you for individual use only. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the Results solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not distribute, share, or reproduce the Results in any form, in full or in part, without express written consent from Financial Coaches Network (FCN).
   
3. Restrictions on Use
   You agree not to:
• Share, distribute, or make the Results available to any third party.
• Use the Results for commercial purposes or derive commercial benefit from it, other than for use in how you manage, operate, or plan for your personal financial coaching or financial counseling efforts.
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Results.
• Reproduce or alter the Results in any way, including but not limited to publication or posting online or sharing with other coaches/counselors or other third parties.
• Sell, lease, or sublicense the Results to any third party.
4. Confidentiality
   The Results are intended solely for your personal use. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of the Results and not disclose it to any unauthorized individual or entity.
   
   
5. Ownership
   The Results are and will remain the intellectual property of Financial Coaches Network. All rights, titles, and interests in the Results, including any intellectual property rights, are reserved by Financial Coaches Network.
   
   
6. No Warranty
   The Results are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Financial Coaches Network does not guarantee that the Results will meet your requirements or that its contents are free from errors.
   
   
7. Liability
   The provider is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the Results, including but not limited to incidental, consequential, or indirect damages. In the event a court or other legal body finds liability, you agree that the damages are limited to the amount you paid for the Results.
   
   
8. Termination
   The provider may, at its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to the Results if you violate any of these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Results and delete any copies in your possession.
   
   
9. Modifications
   The provider reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time with notification to the email address used when purchasing or gaining access to the Results. Any modifications will be effective as soon as they are posted. It is your responsibility to review these Terms to stay informed of any changes.
   
   
10. Purchasing for Business Use
    If you wish to purchase the Results for use by a business or an organization with multiple persons, please contact us at info@financialcoachesnetwork.com. We offer special licensing arrangements for businesses and organizations. Unauthorized business use of the Results is prohibited under these Terms.
    
    
11. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in San Bernardino County, California.

By using the Results, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
